Training
We Recognise the Key Role that People Play in the Provision of Quality Cleaning Services MRB therefore invests substantial resources in the training and development of our staff at all levels. It is fair to say that newly employed staff can often find the first few weeks of employment stressful. The provision of appropriate staff training not only ensures that they quickly feel settled but also ensures adherence to our quality standards. Training commences from the implementation period and offers our staff a fresh approach in delivering a quality service. MRB uses an induction checklist for all new operational staff which covers the period from Day 1 to the end of their probation. Part of this induction checklist is an analysis of individual employee training needs. On joining MRB, each employee is assessed against our standard mandatory training list and an appropriate training plan identified. Refresher training is carried out every 6 months as a minimum to ensure that our staff is up-to-date with new techniques, equipment and products. Having multi-skilled staff is beneficial both to us and the client.
